We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. the breakfast choices were delicious, especially the vegetarian option. - the views from the guesthouse are amazing. - the staff, including the owner, are excellent and friendly.

Loved staying in the well-appointed room with nice views. the hotel is in a magnificent location near Latrigg, cafes, shops, and multiple bus stops. - the staff was really helpful in providing assistance.

Had GREAT 2 nights here. The breakfast was amazing and lovely, variety of lovely food. The room we had included cable channels, coffee/tea making equipment and ironing facilities. The service was brilliant with parking on street. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided in the rooms. The location was central, favourable close to the town center.

This place was in a great spot in the Lake District, and we could easily walk around to explore; the staff were friendly, including the host; the double room was stylish with a nice view.

I had nice cosy, tastefully decorated room complete with chocolate, great views plus coffee. I loved the nice food. The location couldn't be more excellent and beautiful next to river. Excellent staff who cared about me.

The rooms were immaculately clean and had nice views. There was a wide range of lovely meals offered. - the location was marvellous, close to shops, the surrounding area, and the centre of Keswick and Derwent Water.

My room was nice, cosy, and perfect, thanks to the very helpful staff. There were very comfy beds and central heating in the room. - Iron and ironing board provided. - Flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the room.
